John C. “Charlie” Hutchins has been a freelance photographer for more than 30 years and is published in periodicals like Esquire and Skin Diver Magazines, annual reports and promotional brochures.
Formerly a full-time faculty member at Florida Institute of Technology, Charlie taught photography, specializing in underwater photography in the Oceanographic Technology
program.
He also did a turn as a creative director for an advertising agency specializing in real-estate, resort, and financial clients. Currently, he divides his time between Noel-Levitz and his photography. Charlie is working on a project to document the Palancar reef off the island of Cozumel in Mexico.
